CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
 

Should the client require cancelling or rescheduling a session, the client is to notify the coach 24 hours prior to scheduled session to avoid the forfeiting of that session. If it deemed appropriate to terminate the agreement by either the coach or the client there are no penalties involved.

 

LASER & EMERGENCY COACHING

 

The coach makes available email access for laser coaching outside of the scheduled sessions. Please e‐mail and allow 24 hours to respond. If it is an emergency client can text on coach's nominated number to alert if emergency action is required.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY
 

I the coach recognise that anything discussed during a session is deemed confidential. Whether it is of a business or personal nature, all information shared during a session shall remain between the client and the coach. The coach recognises that the client may disclose future plans, business affairs and financial

information.

 

The Coach will not at any time, share this information with any third party without the express authorisation of the client. The coach realises that the client may have future plans, business dealings, proprietary knowledge and information. The coach will not at any time indirectly use any information for benefit. The coach will not divulge that the Coach and Client are in a coaching relationship without the express consent of the client. The client, of course, is free to discuss the coaching relationship with anyone at any time.

 

INDEMNIFICATION

 

The Client shall indemnify and hold the Coach harmless from any loss or liability arising from actions taken or situations created as a result of the coaching relationship.

 

DELIVERY

 

Coaching and consulting is delivered in person, by Skype or phone.
